I am very impressed with the customer service. I reached out with a shipping issue. I was being charged an extra duty fee. They responded quickly and refunded the extra charge. I was very impressed by how quickly they helped resolve the issue. The product itself is also very nice, and I can't wait for my daughter to open the gift at Christmas.
